A verified, citable edition of canon law in Latin, English and Arabic.

Both codes, every text marked with the authority it carries, every reading traced to the document it came from, and every correction recorded under a number. What could not be verified is named rather than quietly dropped.

The edition is not published yet. This page will carry it when it is.

Alongside the edition, a system for the ordinary work of an ecclesiastical tribunal is in preparation: the register of causes, the acts and the signatures that perfect them, the terms that run from notification, and the acts published to the parties before a cause is concluded. It records acts. The tribunal decides.

The tribunal system will be offered to ecclesiastical tribunals as a subscription service. It is not available yet.

طبعةٌ مدقَّقة وقابلة للاستشهاد من الحقّ القانونيّ، باللاتينية والإنكليزية والعربية. المجموعتان كلتاهما، ولكلّ نصٍّ درجةُ حجّيّته، ولكلّ قراءةٍ مستندُها، ولكلّ تصويبٍ رقمُه في السجلّ. وما تعذّر التحقّق منه يُسمّى ولا يُحذف بصمت.

لم تُنشر الطبعة بعد. وستحمِلها هذه الصفحة عند نشرها.

وإلى جانب الطبعة، يجري إعداد نظامٍ لسير العمل الاعتياديّ في المحكمة الكنسيّة: سجلّ الدعاوى، وأعمالُ الدعوى والتواقيعُ التي تُتمّها، والمُهَلُ التي تسري من التبليغ، ونشرُ أعمال الدعوى على الأطراف قبل ختم الدعوى. النظامُ يُدوّن الأعمال، والمحكمةُ تحكم.

وسيُتاح نظامُ المحكمة للمحاكم الكنسيّة عبر اشتراك. وهو ليس متاحاً بعد.
